We are looking to recruit a Development Worker (Young Women and Physical Activity). The successful candidate will need to be a confident self-starter, with experience of working with young women and a reasonable understanding of the VCSE sector in Salford. Excellent communication skills are paramount for this role and previous experience of community engagement is also required.

We're looking to recruit a Development Worker - Localities as part of the Greater Manchester Cancer Screening Engagement programme. The post-holder will be responsible for engaging with the VCSE sector in the 10 local authority areas of Greater Manchester, whilst working more intensively in localities with the greatest need to improve uptake of screening – currently Salford, Manchester, Bolton, Oldham, Rochdale / Middleton / Heywood.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and passionate Social Value Development Worker. This role will be responsible for embedding a social value approach in neighbourhoods by providing support to Salford’s voluntary, community and social enterprise VCSE organisations around monitoring, evaluation and social accounting, so that organisations can tell their stories robustly. It will also provide core support to the Salford Social Value Alliance and its 10% Better Campaign.
